Reflecting on the Sherwood Market

by Amber on December 12, 2009

Thank-you

Throughout the year we’re always reflecting on the market. Where it’s been, where it’s going and what we can do as professionals to improve it. As this year is coming to a close, we’re taking a brief look back and reflecting on the Sherwood Oregon real estate market…

Q3 2008 | July 1st through September 30th: 76 homes SOLD in the City of Sherwood in a very uncertain market. During the same time this year, Q3 2009 | July 1st through September 30th — we’re pleased and appreciative to announce that “several Realtors” came together and showed a 13% increase in sales for the overall Sherwood real estate market, selling 87 homes in the City of Sherwood, contributing to the market and showing positive signs of heading towards stability.

The Gardner Team would like to personally reach out to each and every Realtor that has weathered the challenges that the market has presented over the last 2 1/2 years and thank you with sincere gratitude for your ongoing committed effort to improving the market and keeping Sherwood moving.

Without hesitation, I can speak for my clients, future clients and my real estate business when I express how important it is to have resilient and competent professionals leading the real estate market into recovery. This gives me great confidence and excitement to share Q4 2009 numbers with you here in the weeks to come.

THANK YOU REALTORS.  The Gardner Team looks forward to working with you in 2010!

Sincerely,

Jason H. Gardner & Gardner Team Real Estate with John L. Scott Sherwood Market Center
